Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policies

Most stock products are held in inventory in the USA and we attempt to fulfill all such orders within one business day. Shipping methods vary by product and most orders are received by US customers within 3-5 days of order. If you require specific shipping methods or expedited shipping options please contact us directly before placing your order. We will notify you if your order is expected to be delayed for any reason. Additional shipping and customs clearance time should be expected for international orders including Canada and Mexico.

Custom tags and electronic measuring boards are all made to order. Production time typically averages 4-6 weeks but may be slower during peak times. Products are shipped to the customer from our production facility in South Australia. Global shipping disruptions and customs clearance may delay final delivery to destination through no fault of Hallprint/Hinchinbrook. If orders are required by a specific date please contact Hinchinbrook to request expedited production (cannot be guaranteed).

Any additional costs incurred at the final destination such as customs clearance, taxes, duties, etc. are payable directly by the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

The customer is responsible for verifying the correct model, size, style, color and ID series of the product they are ordering. Please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure of the best product for your intended use. All returns of stock items will incur a 50% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return. Custom orders are wholly non-refundable.
